SEXY PHIL is a 38ft Sea Ray Sport Yacht whose owner Alison Cargo and her brother own and operate out of Ashley Marina in Charleston waters. She is SWEEEET! When she's up and running hard in the harbor this boat is W O W !!! It's my FAVORITE Boat (besides Dilly Dally). It has twin 8.1L High Output Mercury engines that push this vessel up to 50mph in the harbor. I take out many a happy customer on this girl.
